Servo Overview:

The Yokomo SP-02D V2 RWD Digital Low Profile Drift Servo has the optimum specifications for RWD drift. The SP-02D can also be tuned with a program function that can be used to change the operating characteristics. By further rewriting the numerical values with the optional YOKSP-03DPC programmer (not included), the servo can be adjusted to suit drivers of all levels. As for basic performance, it is a product that realizes overwhelming performance at low cost. An aluminum center case allows efficient heat dissipation, while the coreless motor provides high response. Combine this with a titanium/aluminum gear set and you have the recipe for a drift servo with outstanding durability and performance.

Would not recommend. This servo junked out after only 3 runs. It does not return to neutral after turning. Rebuilt entire front end to make sure there were no binding problems and yet the issue still persisted.

Update: amain customer service was exceptional and helped me with a replacement.

When I really considered getting into the 1/10 scale RWD drift scene I had no idea that certain servos work better for this application. After watching YouTube videos and reading articles, I played it safe and went with the Yokomo. No issues with it .
