Electronics & Motor

The Losi Mini LMT Megalodon is powered by an oversized 25T 380 brushed motor that delivers the horsepower needed for racing and the torque required for freestyle stunts like wheelies and backflips. Control is seamless thanks to the factory-installed Spektrum™ 25A two-in-one ESC and receiver unit. The Spektrum Smart G2 2S LiPo battery ensures long run times and integrates smart technology, automatically uploading charging data to the included Smart USB-C charger. This eliminates guesswork, making charging safe, fast, and accurate. Steering is managed by the powerful Spektrum SX108 servo, providing over forty ounces per inch of torque with a built-in servo saver to protect against sudden shocks during stunts. The Spektrum SLT2 2.4GHz radio offers advanced control features, such as steering trim and throttle limiting, allowing beginners to gradually unlock the truck's full speed potential.

Body Design

The Losi Mini LMT Megalodon features an officially licensed, highly detailed body that brings the fearsome Megalodon monster truck to life in miniature form. With its injection-molded composite construction, the body is built for durability while maintaining the true-to-life look of the full-scale truck. The rubber fins on the body add a layer of resilience, allowing them to withstand impacts during high-flying stunts and rough landings. Inside the cab, the scale realism continues with a polycarbonate driver insert complete with an injection-molded helmet so you can feel like you're behind the wheel of a real monster truck. For ease of maintenance and accessibility, the truck's composite cage is fully removable via a convenient twist-lock mechanism, giving you quick access to the battery pack, chassis, and electronics, making it easy to swap out the battery or perform routine servicing without hassle.

Officially licensed BKT tires, commonly used by professional drivers in Monster Jam, feature a chevron tread design that provides excellent traction while reducing the risk of rollovers with a smooth sidewall transition. Beneath the body, the 1.5mm powder-coated 6061-T6 aluminum chassis plates enhance durability and add to the truck's scale realism. The 4x4 drivetrain with a center spool ensures ultimate traction, allowing the front and rear tires to rotate at the same rate for impressive freestyle action. Handling is exceptional, with threaded oil-filled shocks that allow easy adjustments to the ride height and provide superior control during jumps and harsh landings. The full ball bearings throughout the drivetrain ensure smooth, efficient movement, while the suspension system with sway bars keeps the truck stable and responsive during high-speed turns.
