This is an optional Vanquish Products Vaterra Twin Hammer Front LED Light Mount. This mount was designed for the Twin Hammers, and will allow you to easily mount the Vanquish Products "Rigid Industries" 2" LED light bar (VPS06759) to the front of your Vaterra rig.
