Trinity 24K "Certified Plus" 2-Cell Off-Road 17.5T Brushless Motor. Certified Plus Motors take "Certified" to a whole new level, making the fastest motors available, even faster!
What makes these motors so much better? In addition to standard "Certified" parts, the Certified Plus includes ceramic red sealed bearings, and a dyno print out for the motor detailing the RPM, Torque, Watts, Amps and Efficiency. Plus, there is a Certified Plus model tuned for each racing discipline; 2-Cell Off Road, 2-Cell Touring, and 1-Cell 1/12 Scale, each with 13.5T and 17.5T offerings.
The biggest difference between Certified and Certified Plus is the rotor. One of the most important specs of a rotor is Asymmetry (how close the magnetic field of the rotor is to the center). The asymmetry in a rotor can measure anywhere from 0 to 30 or more, and can dramatically affect motor performance. Motors with lower asymmetry measurements are much faster. Trinity carefully checks the asymmetry of every single rotor, and guarantees that the values will not exceed a "4" measurement in the Plus line. All of this is done to ensure you get the highest quality motor Trinity can provide. If you want the best spec motor available, this is it.

Trinity Revtech 24K "Certified Plus" 2-Cell Off-Road Brushless Motor (17.5T)
First time running a trinity motor and very, very disappointed! I was thinking buying a certified plus motor would be a good idea beings it was tested with the included print out. The sensor board right from the start was defective. Contacted Amain and was advised I had to work with trinity directly. In the mean time I'm out 175.00 with no eta on a solution from trinity. Buy with caution!

Trinity Revtech 24K "Certified Plus" 2-Cell Off-Road Brushless Motor (17.5T)
For the amount of money that you pay for this motor, I wasn't impressed. My "noncertified" was just as fast. I don't have a motor analyzer so maybe I just got lucky with the noncertified, but comparing the two, I'd stick to the non certified.

Trinity Revtech 24K "Certified Plus" 2-Cell Off-Road Brushless Motor (17.5T)
Amazing motor that has been performing well for me. Holds its own against anything at my track. After a six-minute stock buggy main, I measure anywhere from 95-110* when using a 40mm fan to assist. Easily the best motor I've ever owned. Is that price tag worth it? Well...that's up to you.
