Treal Hobby 7075 Aluminum Steering Servo Horn Tie Rod Link & Mount Set for
Just opened this up to install onto my Maxx V2. Nothing in the description of this indicates that it is for a stock Traxxas servo. Traxxas uses a 25t spline, but it's much larger in diameter than a 25t spline that literally every other OEM and aftermarket manufacturer uses. Usually, the point of a product like this is to adapt a standard sized servo into the truck. So it is a reasonable deduction to think the 25t spline is a standard 25t spline, used on virtually every aftermarket servo that almost everyone installs into these trucks.

I cannot understand the purpose of this product, if it uses the factory servo.

That being said, the quality is there, and it's very nicely made, it's just useless.
