Fantastic truck!! Fast, durable, and fun!! Back flips for days, high speed passes over any terrain, soars like a bird through the air with just a little throttle control. This truck is just Awesome!!! Great addition to your collection and great for pulling the kids around the yard in a wagon! Super super strong rig and with the upgraded metal gears over the 6s its goning to last a long time. Its also very easy to work on with the new modular design!! Get one and you'll see exactly what I mean!

I'm not sure how anyone can give this truck a negative review...out of the box the thing is an absolute blast. Drop in some batteries and prepare to smile. It's fast, extremely durable, easy to work on, easy to find parts for, and will go anywhere. Jump it, crawl with it, blast with it - you can literally air it into a lake....it takes a licking and keeps on ticking. No more worrying about deep grass, mud, water, rough ground. It's big enough to tackle pretty much anything. I've been around this hobby for nearly 30 years and this is the pinnacle of current RC tech. Yes, it's spendy, but you get a LOT for what you pay. And through amain you can even finance it! They got mine to me in two days! Yes, it's got plastic parts. They're cheap to replace, they're light, they don't corrode, and they FLEX instead of break. Definitely not something for children, as its big & fast enough to do some serious damage if it hits someone/something. Overall an outstanding product. Have fun & stay safe everyone!

Traxxas X-Maxx 8S 4WD Brushless RTR Monster Truck (Green)
First off, AMain was great to deal with. Second this truck has ruined all my other RCs because they don’t make me smile like this beast does! Amazing truck so far! Had it two months and nothing major. The only annoying thing I’ve had happen to me a couple times now is the rear upper hinge pins like to come out causing the upper a arms to disconnect. Having said that it’s such a minor issue that you can easily fix within minutes. Haven’t had an issue with the ESC that seems to be the biggest issue I read about on reviews then again I don’t run mine on black pavement, avoiding a lot of heat. Overall I love this truck and don’t think I’ll ever get rid of it. Parts are everywhere and it’s super easy to work on as well. I know 900 plus the cost of batteries and a charger seems like a lot but you’ll never need anything else after this, you’ll thank yourself later.

This car is a very big heavy car and i love it the best parts about this car is that it is so easy to work on this car the designers made it very well even though it was a rushed product the parts to replace them are very cheap and you CANNOT find a hobbyshop that doesn’t have xmaxx parts in stock this car is very durable but by all means is not indestructible in the first run i broke my rear shock car and rear different cup total cost is 20$ so every 10 runs from my experience you’ll break 3-5 parts in those runs depending on the abuse you give it i simply just run it full speed in a field and do minor jumps i could see a true rc basher breaking more severe parts than me another thing i like is the car is very big when you get it and you hold it , it will be bigger than your torso
The things about the xmaxx that i don't like is that its very expensive 1000$ plus a minimum of 300$ for a battery and charger making it 1300$ is alot myself i am finacing with AFFIRM and have no problems whatsoever its very reliable one thing i also dont like is that the xmaxx when you land hard after a jump the bottom can bend but i learned that when you just jump it again it will go back to place

CONCLUSION: this car is amazing it just takes lots of care and attention and time but once you’ve done all that when you drive this car there is nothing like going full speed in a field and having it ZOOM by you this is the best rc car in the world in my opinion and i plan to keep it for upcoming years.

DONTTTTTTTTTTTTTT BUYYYYYYYYYYYYYY THIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS TRAXXAS TRASH TRUCK ITS NOT DURABLE ITS LIKE A GLASS HOUSE WITH A MACHINE GUN MOUNTED ON TOP CANT GET IT TO JUMP 3 FEET IN THE AIR WITH OUT SHATTERING IN PIECES REALLY DISAPPOINTED MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALOT OF SPARE PARTS AND BODIES, BEAD LOCK TIRES. I HAVE A RED ONE AND ORDRED IT FROM AMAIN
