The Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck is the next evolution of the popular X-Maxx basher, now scaled down and expertly packaged into a lighter lighter, more compact 1/10 scale model. Despite being smaller in size, this model sacrifices nothing when it comes to power and durability.

THE MAXX® EXPERIENCE
Extreme power. Extreme durability. Extreme fun! This is the foundation that the Maxx Experience is built upon. With a new Maxx platform that is smaller and lighter, Traxxas engineers took the speed to 60+ mph, tuned it for even higher performance, and doubled-down on strength and durability. Maxx is once again reshaping monster truck fun and excitement.

60+ MPH MAXX® MUSCLE
Traxxas Velineon brushless power hits hard with massive 4s punch and effortless wheelies on demand. Maxx feels like an unstoppable force of nature as top speeds reach an awe-inspiring 60+ mph.** Advanced 32-bit microprocessor-control constantly monitors the output for efficient, long-running performance. The high-output 540XL motor features a beefy, 5mm shaft, aluminum heat sink, and a powerful fan. Of course it’s all fully protected with Traxxas’ innovative waterproofing.

TRAXXAS TOUGH
Maxx is engineered to withstand extreme punishment and intense driving action. Impact absorbing suspension arms soak up the hits with ease. The heavy-duty driveline components have been proven in vehicles larger and heavier than Maxx, so there is plenty of strength to spare. The Maxx chassis absorbs and dissipates impact energy across the entire structure. Huge threaded-aluminum GT-Maxx shocks with large diameter shafts manage suspension damping. Maxx invites you to explore new ways to drive hard and have fun!

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
Absolutely love this R/C Truck! I also own the Traxxas X-Maxx and this smaller version of that truck is an absolute blast to drive. Very easy to work on as well. Highly recommend this truck to anyone.

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
Really fun truck! I also recently purchased a Arrma Notorious. I found the Maxx alot better scale for the size of my smaller yard. The Maxx is quick and nimble. It turns quick and is scaled better for smaller yards in my opinion.

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
Really fun! The first time I took it to a skatepark I hit the front left wheel on a concrete wall going about 20mph at an angle. The steering block popped out of the pins coming from the steering caster block I think what it’s called. Nothing broke, I just had to unscrew the pins and put the block back in and screw the pins back in. Back in business! Skate parks are hell on rcs. Only other thing is that one of the tires became partially unglued and began to vibrate at speed which is a bit irritating. Not too big of a deal, just reglued it.

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
The Traxxas Maxx is a well built unit. Out of the box, I only need to do minor trim adjustments. I initially ran it in training mode, to familiarize myself with the unit because I haven’t ran an RC car for about thirty years although I have been flying drones. This truck is still fast in training mode. By the way, Hobbytown service is really excellent.

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
My first RC car since playing with my Dad's buggy as a kid. This little beast brings a smile to my face every time I run it. I did a lot of research before buying my first RC and this durable, fast, and easy to maintain/repair machine came out on top for me personally. Not sure what I want for my next car but I will not be surprised if it's another Maxx!

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
This rc is basically a mini x maxx. It is built very well, and can take a beating. I did break the right front c hub on the 2nd run, but it was at no fault of the truck. 3s is perfect in this truck. 4s is absolute insanity. You don't need the widemaxx kit, but I so highly recommend it.

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
Great truck! Seems to be built very well. Fast out of the box and coupled with the widemaxx kit it handles great. Only negative I can point out is the battery hold down only seems made to fit the traxxas lipo's but there are aftermarket fixes for this. Highly recommend this truck!

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
Great great truck! Super tough straight out of the box. I’ve done some pretty good bashing and it’s great. Only gripe is that it flips a lot and easy but the wide maxx kit fixes that from what I read. Would definitely recommend!

Traxxas Maxx 1/10 Brushless RTR 4WD Monster Truck (Green)
I was driving my MAXX on wet asphalt with hardly any traction, on a cool day (wasn't hot outside), I didn't hit anything and I wasn't even going the top speed and my esc just did the 4 red blinking lights of death, so now I have to send my MAXX esc in to Traxxas and I have to probably pay for shipping like when I had a defective battery made by Traxxas, And guess what, I've only had my MAXX for 2 months! If this would've happened 1 month ago I would get a replacement ESC for free, BUT NOW I HAVE TO BUY ONE!!! DO NOT BUY ANY TRAXXAS ELECTRONICS!!! |:(

But their plastic is virtually indestructible ;)
