Traxxas Ford Fiesta ST Rally RTR 1/10 4WD Rally Car
Awesome handling car. The electronics included aren't great for the price. Switch them out and you'll have a good performing basher. Tons of rock pebbles, and grass will get into the chassis because it's a LCG. Tighten the suspension so your chassis isn't rubbing on the ground.
If you plan to put a brushless setup into it, I would like to reccomend ( TRA6878 ) ( TRA6855 ) a driveshaft front hub (the one I got)
( SPTST6888B ) I also put on some extra Slash 2wd turnbuckles in replace of the thin aluminum, and plastic for extra protection.

Traxxas Ford Fiesta ST Rally RTR 1/10 4WD Rally Car
This car is an amazing little machine. 3000mah 8.4v batteries last about 20 minutes at full speed bashing through the sand and dirt. The only complaints i have are that the chassis fills up with dirt and sand very fast and it only holds stick battery packs out of the box. You have to purchase seperate kit to use hump packs.

Traxxas Ford Fiesta ST Rally RTR 1/10 4WD Rally Car
What an awesome vehicle. This is the 4x4 Slash with an LCG chassis and lowered stance. This will perform just like the full scale rally cars and will give you hours of fun. Take it to a baseball diamond and see it eat up the dirt or maybe a trail for some woods rally action.

Traxxas Ford Fiesta ST Rally RTR 1/10 4WD Rally Car
Nice rally car, this was my favorite RC to run for awhile. I gave it four stars because of the electronics, they are functional, but I quickly put in a new receiver to use my Flysky transmitter from the Redcat Gen8. Various reviews have said the Fiesta is slow, I guess it is if you are used to bashing in open areas with 3s plus bashers. If you actually try to drive the car and set up a little track, it is loads of fun. I ran it in a maybe 50ft x 50ft area that consisted of a debris covered concrete pad and gravel. I almost always run my RC cars stock for half a dozen or more packs and then upgrade. After running a dozen or more packs through, I have added sway bars and have now put in a Hobbywing Max SC10 brushless system along with an aluminum drive shaft. I ran it with the brushless system for the first time on 08/26/22 on 2s and the the car is bananas. I probably won't run it on 3s. Again, if you actually try to drive the car, 3s would be too much, you already need a really light trigger finger on the throttle on 2s to prevent the car from spinning out.

I almost forgot, after the first pack, I put some more spacers on the shocks to help get the car higher off the ground. My next upgrade will be new shocks, probably the Traxxas GTR.

I myself an not a big Traxxas fan. However, as I said this was my favorite RC for awhile, I love rally cars and this one of the few that is available. Furthermore, I think this RC would make a great first RC for someone, it is not super fast, so they can't smash into a concrete curb at 40+ mph and wreck it instantly, but again, in the right conditions and area, I think it is super fun.

One final note, the body is HEAVY DUTY! It is the thickest lexan I have seen on a stock RC. I have directly run the lower front lexan bumper into jagged rocks that caused the car to wreck. The body and car have survived unscathed. I thought for sure I would shred the lower front bumper.

Traxxas Ford Fiesta ST Rally RTR 1/10 4WD Rally Car
Knowing that it comes brushed, I wasn't expecting blistering speeds. For the price tho, another $130 or so for a 3s brushless system and a few simple upgrades, it's a fantastic rally car. Being based off a slash 4x4 chassis with shorter a-arms, there's plenty of hop ups for it. The first recommended part to add should be a dust cover for the chassis. After 1 pack there was about a handfuls worth of gravel in the chassis. On the stock brushed motor and a 2s lipo it's a little under 20mph, just right for a beginner or small child. I'm planning on a mild brushless setup for 3s and a few drivetrain upgrades for around 30 mph. Should be just perfect for gravel and dirt.

Traxxas Ford Fiesta ST Rally RTR 1/10 4WD Rally Car
The best handling car I've ever had. It turns on a dime at the racetrack and is extremely stable at any speed, I've won quite a few races with car and its still completely stock.

One thing to watch out for is the Shock caps. If you get hit hard enough (Like I did) You will blow the caps right off. I would recommend the upgraded caps which I still need to get.
