Tekno Aluminum Shock Caps are a unique design that deliver the ultimate in damper tuning flexibility. Different track conditions can call for different shock setups. Sometimes a non-vented shock setup is best, while a vented or emulsion style shock may work better in other conditions. So Tekno has done what no one else could do (or chose to not do), and created a shock cap that will allow you to build your shocks in any of the three configurations with a simple swap of the hardware!
CNC machined from 7075 aluminum and black anodized, Tekno RC’s TKR8702 shock caps provide the utmost durability and flexibility when choosing your shock damping package. The included left and right side shock caps allow the cap screw to face toward the inside of the vehicle and the bleeder hole to face the rear, away from incoming dirt and dust. Replacement o-rings are available (TKR8725).
NOTE: Vehicle Compatibility - To provide proper shock tower clearance, all variants of the EB48, EB48SL, NB48, ET48, NT48, and MT410 are recommended to use standoff TKR8027. All variants of the SCT410 are directly compatible.

The handling has improved a bit too, i mean it was already perfect but if you can imagine even better than perfect...haha
I bought these because when i serviced my stock et48.3 shocks i messed up somehow(i over-tightened probably); one of the bladders slipped into the shock body instead of staying where it should and of course, oil kept seeping out of the bleeder hole, much more than simple overflow... took me a while to figure out what happened. I cant get the hang of bladder shocks, have rebuilt my own at least 5 times and just cant get consistency. Usually ill get the first 3 shocks right and ill have to re-bleed the 4th shock like 3-4 extra times to get it to match the first 3. SO done with bladders, 3 cheers for emulsion!
