This is the Tekin Redline T8i 1950kV 1/8 Scale Indoor 2.5D Brushless Motor. Tekin’s Redline T8i (Indoor) motor is designed for large scale indoor high performance racing. Packed with the same features as the T8 series motors, the T8i is lighter in weight offering greater agility on those tight indoor high bite tracks. Fine tuned for smooth and controlled operation indoors the T8i motors are on the leading edge of RC motor technology. The T8i motor series delivers the torque and power you’ll need for a checkered flag finish.

I would NOT recommend this motor!
I race on a smaller indoor track and thought this would be a great replacement of the normal T8. My temps are usually 130-140 with the old T8 1900. The new T8 1950 is running at 200+ regardless of gearing. This T8i motor feels under powered and I am getting passed on the straight. After the 3rd race day, the rear of the can started to separate. It seems it was glued together. I am going to see if Tekin will replace it with a T8

Tekin Redline T8i 1/8 Indoor 2.5D Brushless Motor (1950kV)
Great motor for your electric 8th scale if you run indoor and a light Buggy (within 200-300g of minimum weight) This motor is smooth with great top end. I run in my 8ight-E 3.0 with dual shorty packs to help keep car weight down and this motor has very controllable bottom end and is very smooth through the power band giving improved control on tight indoor tracks. For large outdoor 8th scale size tracks go with the T8 Gen2 but if you run more indoor or smaller type tracks and looking for improved control this is an excellent choice for motor on your lighter 8th scale buggy.
