Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
I have had more fun with this little truck in the past week than I’ve had with all of my big powerful trucks combined. This truck is nearly indestructible. I’ve sent it so many times and it just shrugs it off. What a little beast of a truck. Just buy it, you won’t regret it.

Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
This is a really great truck! I've had two issues with it - bad radio/combo (this was causing truck to surge randomly) and the input pinion screw at the front diff came loose. Amain support has been great, helping with warranty replacement parts for both issues. I now use a dumbo rc radio/transmitter and it literally made this truck better than out of the box, plus the range of the radio is awesome! Only downside is the steering trim is backwards for whatever reason, but not a deal breaker.

This is not my first monster truck, but it is my first electric MT. Associated put together a very nice package. I did lots of YouTube research, and I could not be more pleased. It is an excellent MT for the money. I would recommend this to people of all experience levels.

Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
It really is a cool truck. It’s the perfect size for a yard bash and handles great for what it is. It’s my only basher right now, I own several race kits.
I only give it 3 stars because on day two of running it, I have to replace the spur gear. The pinion came loose and chewed it up. It’s a $7 part available local but still it should not have happened.
Locktite your grub screw before you ever put the battery in it.

Slapped a 3s lipo and thing just rips thru anything and everything and can take accidental bumps like a champ, unlike its bigger Rival MT8 brother. This one is the one to use if you want to drive around terrorizing the neighborhood cats.

Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
I've been in & out of RC since I was a kid, ~50 years. Had this truck for ~2 months. Other than losing a center cap, wheel nut, and some body clips, it's been great. I have not needed the spare RPM front control arms I bought. It's been run on concrete, grass, and at Gulf Coast Raceway. Car runs cool, and stock wheels/tires are good. Rear of body has a couple of small holes where concrete has worn through, but that's to be expected. Lights still work, so since this is the only car I have with lights, it gets tapped for late night outdoor bashing, which is pretty rough use. I don't see any sign of leaking shocks, which is more than I can say for my more expensive RTRs. All in all, this truck has held up better than than my Arrma, Element, Axial, and 2 Tekno kits I've built. I'm not impressed with with replacement costs for body (over $50, and on backorder) and wheels (~$70 for a set of 4), as these two items add up to 1/3 the cost of a new MT10 (with tax), thus the 1 star deduction. I did try the HR 12-17mm wheel hex adapters, to run my used 1/8 buggy wheels, but did not use strong enough thread locker, so one of the proprietary female hex wheel nuts is lost, which makes the whole adapter set un-useable. Edit: As of 11/12/24, this thing is still working, duct taped body and all. I've probably put 6-8 more 2s packs through her, since I posted the original review. Seeing is believing. Look up Kevin Talbots' testing on YT.

Excellent truck. I received my truck 3 days ago, and just ordered another. I have run it on both 2s and 3s, and it is a wheelie machine. The leds on it are a great touch. The handling is far superior to the HPI I had.

Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
I've run this truck almost every day since I got it and the only thing to break was the steering servo, which is pretty weak compared to any reasonable aftermarket option. The factory servo just can't handle what the rest of the truck is capable of.
I've lost all of the little hubcaps that come with the wheels, and one of the wheel nuts keeps coming loose, so that's a weird but small problem. All my running has been on a 5000 3S 100c lipo, which gives me a half hour plus of run time on a track I've made on the property. I'm sure it's overkill and this would be a fun truck on 2S as well. I've stopped ordering replacement parts for my losi tenacity DB pro because I'm sick of repairing that thing and this hasn't even cracked an A-arm yet. Aside from the weak steering servo, this truck has been super reliable. This would be a great first 1/10 MT for someone with interest and basic driving skills since it's so easy to drive and can handle some decent hits.

Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
This truck's reputation as a durable 1/10 scale basher is well-deserved. I built mine from a roller chassis on Ebay and some spare electronics and tires, but I'm a regular AMain customer and wouldn't have hesitated to buy from them otherwise.

I drive my trucks hard off-road and launch them regularly 10+ ft in the air. The MT10 has held up to everything I've thrown at it. It's lightweight and extremely tough, so I don't worry too much on the rare occasions when I don't stick a landing with it.

One thing to be aware of --- 3S power is a lot for this truck. Its short wheelbase and narrow stance make it relatively easy to flip. This is great for stunts, but not so great for high-speed runs across rough terrain. You may want to run it on 2S unless you're prepared to challenge your driving skills.

Either way, I highly recommend this rig!

Absolutely an awesome truck!! It’s very fast and handled very well going full speed over a construction site that had a lot of rocky and bumpy terrain. It is even faster than my Arrma big rock 3s

Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
After searching through many Youtube videos, I decided to get this Rival MT10 V2 to go along with my Arrma Granite. The engineering and design of this truck is amazing. It's easy to work on and since this model has been around so long, there are tons of aftermarket parts. It's also priced very reasonably. On top of that, it's toughness and reliability are well known throughout the RC community. Love this little truck!

Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 RTR 1/10 4WD Brushless Monster Truck
These trucks are great, I’ve been the heck out of mine and the only thing I’ve managed to snap was my wheelie bar due to a poor landing on my part. Super fast, really durable, good in-air control. It’s not the best motor/esc combo, the server could be a little quicker, and the radio is very basic, but for $300ish bucks the bang for the buck is super high. Just as much fun as my Arma Kraton 6S EXB V2 but requires way less space to get full use out of.
