Team Associated RC10B74.2 Battery Mount Set
I need to correct the prior review with respect to compatibility with a B74.1/0 chassis, as it isn't so cut and dry.

The bracket that goes nearest the center of the chassis expects to have a hole for an indentation to fit into that doesn't exist on the prior chassis. For the bracket to sit flat you'll have to remove that. Secondly, as the prior reviewer indicated, if you want the screw side of that bracket to aim away from the battery, you'll have to drill a new hole into the bottom of this bracket. Alternatively you can flip it around, and have the screws face the battery, and skip redrilling a hole.

The bracket that goes at the rear of the chassis by default expects the plastic side guards (more on this in a moment), which the hook fits into, and a secondary hole that the prior chassis does not have, for the bracket that holds the battery tight to screw into to hold it in place. As the prior reviewer indicated, you can use servo tape to hold down the bracket, although if you try to insert/remove the battery without undoing the rubber straps, this will likely wiggle and move. And what wasn't obvious to me before I bought it, the rubber strap is under a _lot_ of tension, and the location by default to remove it is at the rear, which is physically under the shocks and really hard to get leverage on or put your fingers into. This really should be flipped around, but the bracket as designed does not support that.

Lastly, my buggy has the carbon side guards, which do not have the plastic piece that sticks up at the rear of the chassis to elevate and have the hook screw into, which the plastic side guards do. Therefore you are stuck screwing the hook in at the chassis level. This creates a dual problem, 1) it puts the rubber strap under additional tension because it must be stretched a longer distance and 2) The bracket is designed to wrap around that elevated plastic piece on the plastic side guard, NOT the hook, therefore the bracket is awkwardly sticking out in front of the hook in this position.

My net net is, if you have a B74.1/.0 chassis WITH the plastic side guards, you'll probably be in pretty good shape. If you have the carbon side guards you'll likely be very frustrated (I am). I intend to keep the rubber strap, but will likely design and 3d print a better solution to fit the older chassis.

Much better system than on the 74.1.

I bought this to fit it to my .1 , you dont need to drill the chassis , but you do need to make a new hole on the plastic mount of this kit, the plastic holder that is closer to the center diff mount needs a hole so it can be offset.

Aside from that I use servo tape to hold the rear spacer bracket on and after 5 race days nothing moved and it works flawlessly.
