The Team Associated RC10 B6.1 Team Kit was developed for high traction turf and carpet tracks where a forward mass is beneficial and chassis roll needs to be tamed through a low center of gravity and anti-roll bars. The B6.1 features an easy-access gear differential, diff height adjustability, and a redesigned slipper assembly. The setups and tuning parts remain interchangeable between the B6.1 and B6.1D configurations, and both versions come with the speed, durability and lineage expected of a true champion.

NOTE: Painted body, wheels and tires shown in photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not included. See needed to complete list below for a full list of items required to complete the model.

Team Associated RC10 B6.1 Team Kit
Great kit, replaced my B5M with this kit and a Tekin Spec-R 17.5 (screamer BTW), built it, and threw it on the track. A few laps in with no tuning I was already within .5 seconds of my best laps with the B5M. Tons of front bite, probably will take some out, it took some hard, cringeworthy hits with no damage, all inserts are nice and snug. Comes with quite a few aluminum parts that you’d want to buy aftermarket. I can’t speak to improvement over B6 but definitely an upgrade from B5M.

Preordered this car from my local hobby shop. Great car, easy to build. I run a Xb2 in 17.5 and wanted a mod class so I picked up the b6.1. The b6.1 owner review about the binding transmission is due to over tightening the transmission case. I ran into the same problem, losened the trans case and smooth as butter.

Coming from an Xray XB2 2019, this car had a lot to live up to. I was pleasantly surprised when I ran this car for the first time, it corners a lot smoother than the Xray in my experience and seems to take awkward landings better on carpet. This weekend I'll be running on clay so I may update the review after that.

I previously had a B4.2, then a B5M, and then a B6. I went to Xray and ran the XB2 and XB4 for almost 1 1/2 years, but switched back to the B6/B6.1 line after I drove my buddies B6.1. For my driving style and the surface I race on a weekly basis the car is better in all areas than the Xray was. Don't get me wrong, the Xray is a good car, but the B6.1 just suited me better and parts are waaaaaaaaay more affordable than the Xray.

the prior car (b6) was amazing. AE got it right again, little improvements here and there. kit build super nice, kit setup is dialed on turf. new front tower with protector is awesome haven't seen anybody break a front tower yet. if you run turf or carpet, get this buggy.

Was very excited about this buggy, they really changed a lot over previous model, even the way they package it seems different..... had some trans binding, like other reviewer mentioned I loosened trans screws, added aluminum gear diff cover and binding is gone.
