Now you can get your own full-option “Factory” ride buggy complete with over $150 worth of Factory Team upgrades! The B4 Factory Team features all molded carbon components including the chassis, front and rear shock towers, front and rear A-Arms, chassis brace, and top plate. The battery strap is made of woven carbon fiber, and comes with a chrome/black "AE Factory Team" sticker.

The Team's standard threaded, hard-anodized, PTFE-coated shocks with Unobtainium shafts handle the dampening on all four corners. A complete set of 14 PTFE sealed bearings are included to ensure smooth, efficient operation. Lightweight out drives are included, as well as a new clear injection-molded gear cover. To get the power to the ground, the B4 Factory Team comes with Pro-Line "M3" Holeshot rear tires and "M3" compound wide-body buggy front tires on white Pro-Line dish wheels.

No Factory Team kit would be complete without a full array of “Factory Blue” components, so the B4 includes blue titanium turnbuckles, aluminum servo mounts, wheel spacers, front hinge pin brace, center-drilled front axles, screws, body clips, and a lightweight milled blue aluminum motor mounting plate.

Team Associated Factory Team B4 Buggy Kit
The B4 is a great buggy and I was faster with my b4 then most of the guys with a Losi back in the 90's Mr. Brock. The Losi is a great car, as is the B4. I am thinking of getting back into the buggy class and taking a break from nitro and will be getting another B4, a factory team this time though. I do not feel one is better then the other, it comes down to your preference and driving style, period! Kinda like Ford vs Chevy.

i own both xxx bk2 and ftb4 and driven both to wins at the local club track.
both seem durable but the edge has to go to the b4 after a whole year of both be beat up and rebuilt after ever few weeks of running the cost to fix the b4 has been nearly half that of the xxx, mainly parts are alittle weak in the front of the xxx, nose in just once and there goes the arm, or c hub, or both.
driving on the track they both are very smooth, and require much different setups to be fast with each, but both tune very easy.
lastly, what all racers look at to tell all is lap times, again both very fast but on an allout qualifing run the b4 was slightly quicker, why i'm really not sure, they both turn in great accelerate very well from each corner and still the b4 just manages to run that little bit faster.
b4 is my vote!!

If you went back to the early 90's and went out to the track you would see 5 to 1 Losi XX's to 1 RC10 B1 worlds car (the black alum chassis one) the old school Hydra drive on the XX just kept the rear hooked the buggy was as smooth as could be and couldnt be broke! the shocks on losi cars put TA shocks to shame and dont need to be rebuilt nearly as much! the XX jumped 5X better then the RC10 and held its line better and stayed smoother... Just for play i still run a XX CR BK edition in 1/10 scale stock buggy and believe it or not the buggy still makes the A main almost every week and wins from time to time.. thats a 12 year old buggy and its still hanging with the new B4's now in MOD 2WD buggy i run the XXX BK2 and a XXX CR and the diff between the new and old buggy is hand over fist its so much smoother and faster around track! Im just saying Team Losi has always made the best 1/10 scale 2wd buggy and truck out there. Losis are the quicker tougher faster buggys there is in 1/10 scale I dont care what any one says! go to a track and look and more people with be running losi then AE and theres a reason for that.

This is a descent kit, but there were a few things that kept it from being great. First of all, the tires were missing. Thankfully, though, TA was real fast in getting me replacements. I faxed in their form and had the tires within a few days. Kudos to Associated for that. The directions are fairly clear, except in a few places where there is some confusion. For instance, with the shocks you can't tell the difference between a rubber and a nylon spacer from the picture. You need real good eyes. A few bolts were defective and I had to order replacements. Also, the bolt that tightens the differential was defective. These little problems caused the assembly time to triple for me. Considering this was my first kit, it wasn't that big a deal. On the good side, the component in this kit were first rate. The best parts are the titanium turnbuckles, and threated shocks. Good stuff. Once assembled, this is a great buggy.

The B4 is simply better than all it competition.............it has no competition, it sets the standards in 2wd electric 1:10, anyone can win races with one of these.

Funny how the only losi came in 5th place at this years IFMAR world championships. And the B4 finished 1st, and got 8 out of the top ten.
