Tamiya 1/35 U.S. Infantry Scout Model Set. During June 1944, around the time of the Invasion of Normandy, the U.S. Army primarily wore the short-sleeve M41 jacket and pants. However, from the summer of that year onward, an updated standard uniform was introduced for paratrooper, armored, and mountain divisions, featuring the M43 field jacket and 2-buckle boots.
