Model Kit Overview:
Tamiya 1/35 British Churchill Crocodile Model Kit. This model is the 100th in Tamiya's famed 1/35 Military Miniature Series, and tastefully recreates the Churchill Crocodile or the standard Churchill Mark Seven (Mk.VII). The Churchill Mk.VII was the only tank in WWII that was equipped with flamethrower capabilities and used a nozzle in place of the front machine gun, along with an armored trailer that provided fuel and compressed gas that allowed this tank to have a flame-throwing range of about 82 meters. Around 800 of these tanks were manufactured during the war, and found use not only with British forces, but also in support of U.S. troops who did not possess a flamethrower tank at the time.
