The Tamiya Renault RE-20 Turbo 1/12 Plastic Model Kit brings this iconic car back to life. Known as the first turbo engine formula one car the RE-20 paved the way for innovation in 1977. With a 30kg weight reduction and 1.5-liter V6 DOHC twin turbocharged engine capable of around 520hp it is easy to see how this car would have been a dominant force on the race track. Tamiya has spent the extra time making sure every detail is faithfully recreated. 

Note: Photo of completed model is for illustrative purposes only. This is a model kit that requires assembly. Hobby tools, adhesive and paint will be needed to complete the model.

Tamiya 1/12 Renault RE-20 Turbo Model Kit
Just received this model and can't wait to start on it. I really like Tamiya because they are so detailed. The instructions were also in English which is nice because a lot of times they aren't.
This was my first purchase from Amain hobbies and I'm highly impressed with how fast my order was processed and shipped as well as the way they packed the model. I was expecting a crushed boxed to be honest but everything was perfect!I will definitely be back for more hobby supplies and models.
