The Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint is a great option to give your RC model a multi-tone paint job with one can! This paint creates a "chameleon effect", which brings out a new color at every angle, especially in natural sunlight!
Spaz Stix Holographic Color Change paint is a translucent color that, when applied correctly, will produce eye-popping results. Always apply a fine mist of Spaz Stix Surface Pre-Prep (SZX90059) to the surface you are working on before using the Color Change paint. This helps eliminate fingerprints and undesirable swirls in your paint job. Color Change paints spray out very clear, and will require several light coats to achieve best results. At this point, the color will be very faint. After achieving an even finish with the Color Change paint, you MUST apply Spaz Stix High Gloss Black/Backer (SZX00119), which will make your color "pop".

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
I have been using Spaz Stix for years and pretty much only use their paints for my trucks now. The color change paint is a little bit tricky. You have to be sure to use several light coats instead of a few heavier ones. Because it is almost clear when you spray it on (can or brush) it is really easy to overdo it. Also need to let each coat dry 15+ minutes before the next one. The heavy coat is probably why it cracked :(. As far as backing I have found the color changers to be a bit dark when backed with black. I tested a few things out and you can mist it with Metalic Silver or a touch or Chrome before the Ultimate Black Backer to make it really pop. Hope that helps all :)

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
This took a can of practice before I really figured it out but these color changing paints are great. They do go on quite clear compared to normal paints so you need lots of light to see what you're doing, but they look awesome when done correctly. I haven't used the prep paint but I did make sure the surfaces were totally clean before spraying. Do yourself a favor and buy a couple of cans. At first you'll probably go through more than you need making the coats really thick, be careful as this can cause blotches. The paint doesn't seem very special until you get a black backing on it and see it in the sun, then you'll love it.

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
Hello I usually don’t write reviews, but after I read some of these 1 star comments couldn’t help myself. I spayed the material in light even coats, about 4 to 5 very light with about 10 minutes flash time. This product like friggin amazing ? I backed it with 2 medium coats of black enough to cover. And Bang, one of the nicest looking bodies I own. The trick is to take your time, don’t rush it. And u will have a great finished body also. Mark

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
Awsome colors from dark to light depending on the angle you look at it. I see more then just Green, Purple, Teal colors. Used one can on my Kraton 4s body with gloss black backer. Very pleased with the results. Blocked out the window, and rear cab area. The black flames i cut out with masking tape look amazing. Would highly recommend

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
This sprays clear so it's hard to see how light or heavy your spraying so keep that in mind before you buy any tri color paint from this brand. Now with doing what they recommend this paint sucks. I can barely see any green or teal or purple. Don't waste your money on these. I tried three different body's with 2 cans of paint and got the same outcome Everytime. I used black, silver, white as my backings to see if it will pop but all you really see is your final color. After all of this I will never buy this type of paint again.

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
I didn't purchase the paint from this site but I did from a local hobby shop, so I'm not placing any blame on AMain. I'm extremely disappointed in this paint and just wanted to share my thoughts. I tried on test surfaces and on the actual body and it didn't end up even close to how Spaz Stix advertises it on their site. I followed all their prep and spray instructions as well as watched online videos and it just looks like black paint with green metal flake. Such a waste of money. I'm sorry I didn't just buy a prepainted OEM body.

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
I followed the directions exactly and used the products recommended with this paint. I was not happy with the results. Ended up being too dark and had swirls. I cannot recommend this product.

Dude, you are just a complainer. You are the one of the dou* that gives people wrong information about the product that they r looking into. I don't know how good this product is since I'm just starting to look into it but I can tell you are just one of those. You must have done something wrong to have that sort of situation. I've never even heard of that. Maybe you should've used enamel coating after the painting. Even w/o it, it shouldn't have happened. If you can't give accurate info about something, don't even write.
And Patrick, you too, is dumb. You don't seem to know how to use it correctly and you obviously messed it up. Just keep your mess to yourself. Why bother to write a review that only tells us that you're dumb? LOL

Spaz Stix Multi-Color Change Spray Paint (Green/Purple/Teal) (3.5oz)
I purchased the Spaz Stix prep, the color changing paint, and the high gloss backer . I followed the instructions to a t and painted a Proline raptor body. It came out pristine until I took my truck out to the track. Within 10 minutes the paint started chipping and flaking off for no apparent reason . I was like WTF! I looked on the bottom of the paint can and it had a mfg of 2/5/08- I don't know if this has anything to do with it but now my body is horrible looking! Thanks Spaz Stix.lol. It'll be the last time I use your product!
