Schumacher Nitro Fusion 28 Turbo RTR Touring Car w/2.4GHz Radio System (Red/Silv
I bought this Schumacher RTR kit as an intermediate step up from the entry level HPI kits I have and I am very happy with it. You get a lot for the money; a sufficient 2.4 Ghz radio system - nothing fancy, a nicely constructed car chassis with a few alloy and carbon pieces, a high quality polycarbonate Nissan R34 body, and lastly a sweet looking and super reliable, easy to start and tune, Picco engine that puts out TONS of power! This is an awesome engine! I'm not sure this car can actually hit 80 mph before its out of sight, but its fast enough for the nicely paved areas I can find in my area.
The only complaint I have with Schumacher is that the neatly detailed-decaled body on the box and in the advertisement is NOT what you get. Missing are the Nissan car brand GT-R decals, CORE intercooler and other neat decorative details shown on the box and in the advertisement. What you DO get is a body with red/silver or blue/silver tribal decals a fixed to the car and a sheet of "Schumacher" labels and tire decals and that is about it. I contacted Schmacher on these omissions and they didn't offer much of an explanation other to say the decals are unavailable. This was a let down for me, but overall I'm still very happy with the performance and quality of the Schumacher. It is far superior to HPI kits.
