Savox SW-0231MGP "Tall" Waterproof Metal Gear Digital Servo
In a sentence: Excellent servo for a basher truck.

I put this servo into a Traxxas Stampede 4x4 as the original 2056 was needed elsewhere. This servo's body is modestly larger than the standard Traxxas servos and it will not fit in my LCG Slash 4x4 as it interferes with the lower front brace. The Stampede 4x4's chassis, however, aligns the steering servo vertically and there is zero interference whatsoever.

You will need to make sure your ESC an provide enough amps, however. I have an old Castle Creations Sidewinder 3 SCT setup in this truck, which has a relatively weak BEC of 5 volts at 2 amps. Even sitting on my desk, the servo drew more than that and the receiver would cut out due to lack of power. I ended up adding the the Traxxas 2260 BEC to the mix, and now my Stampede has plenty of steering oomph.

For the price, very happy with this servo.
