This is an optional Sanwa Wide Steering Wheel Foam Grip. This wide grip is for use with the M11X, MT-4/S and M12/S Transmitters.

Sanwa recommends the steering wheel foam be replaced every 3 months to ensure supple operation.

Fit over a larger aftermarket wheel for my Flysky Noble NB4+. Not as grippy as the one that came with the NB4+, but this one is wider so it covered more of the aluminum on the aftermarket wheel.
