The SAB Quick Battery Release Set is an optional upgrade for pilots that own an original Goblin Black Thunder 650 or 700 helicopter, that would like to have a sliding battery tray mechanism. The Quick Battery Release Set includes every component necessary to convert the old style tray system to the new one, making the conversion simplistic and straight forward.
Pilots may not want to shrink wrap their batteries to the old style tray system, and this new tray system allows you to quickly move packs from one model to another if you choose to do so. By quickly removing the strapping tape, or optional velcro straps (SABHA041-S), batteries can be removed from the tray in seconds.
