Robinson Racing Absolute 32P Hardened Pinion Gear (21T)
Great gears. Running these on my Tekno EB410 and ET410. These are one of the few 32P gears that are actually hard and last. I've been running these for about 4 months racing multiple times per week and have virtually no wear. They are a bit heavy due to being solid steel, but that's the tradeoff for the durability. **I'm running the 32P spur gear on my EB410 from the ET410. You cannot use these with the stock EB410 spur gear.

Robinson Racing Absolute 32P Hardened Pinion Gear (13T)
Used on my TRX-4 Sport with a 45t spur and Holmes Hobbies 21t Trailmaster 550. My rig runs on 3S and is about 3kg/6.6lb using stock Cannon Trail 1.9 tires.

The pinion was just a tad bit rusty when it arrived but cleaned up well with a small wire brush. This pinion meshes well with the TRX-4 Sport 45t plastic spur with the gearing not too noisy when compared with the Traxxas 9t pinion.

My rig uses 3S with a HobbyWing 1080 and after using many combination of spurs and pinions I find this 13t pinion pared with 45t spur gear is perfect blend of slow speed control and wheel speed for obstacle hopping for my setup. Motor temps have been a barely luke warm after almost 2hrs of crawling.

Your ideal choice in gearing will depend on your your electronics, final gearing (includes tire size), personal preference and rig weight. Good tuning.

Robinson Racing Absolute 32P Hardened Pinion Gear (10T)
The 10t sucks if you are using it on a traxxas 3s car doesnt go back far enough so the set screw hits the spur ruining your gears

Robinson Racing Absolute 32P Hardened Pinion Gear (13T)
Simply put, these 13 tooth, 32 pitch Robinson Racing steel pinion gears are the best that you can buy for a Tamiya Clod Buster or Bull Head monster truck. I have been using them in my trucks since day one, including in my very first Clod Buster that I bought when Tamiya first released the truck in 1987. I still have that truck, though it has been completely modified over the years, and it is still using these pinion gears from Robinson Racing.

Take it from someone that has many years of experience with Clod Busters and Bull Heads. Do not, do not, DO NOT use the stock aluminum pinion gears that Tamiya supplies in the box. They are made from ultra soft aluminum that seems more like butter and they wear down very quickly, even when using them with the stock 540 motors. Just spend a few bucks and build your Clod Buster or Bull Head right from day one and replace those stock Tamiya pinion gears with a pair of these steel pinion gears from Robinson Racing. (Also throw in a full ball bearing kit too when you first assemble your truck.) They will last an extremely long time no matter what abuse you put your truck through.

All too often I see people modify their Clod Busters and Bull Heads but they still use the stock Tamiya pinion gears. There are better ways to save a few bucks on than that in my opinion. For the record, if the stock Tamiya gearcases are used without adjustable motor mounts, the Clod Buster and Bull Head require one pair of 13 tooth, 32 pitch pinion gears - one per gearcase.

Just bite the bullet and get two of these Robinson Racing steel pinion gears and then you will not ever have to worry about pinion gear wear in your truck for many years.
