Reedy 1416-C2L Dual AC/DC Competition LiHV/LiPo Battery Balance Charger
This is a fantastic charger! It's got enough power to push a little over 1c into my largest (6000mah) 4s packs which is all I need it to do. It'll do this from AC wall power or DC power if you want to run it from a seperate power supply. The discharge rate seems a little more powerful than the other chargers I have so if I have to pull a pack down to storage it doesn't take so long. Navigating the menus couldn't be easier and it's got all the charge programs I could ever need. Even if I get into nitro! It's got a specific program for glow igniters. The charger also has a USB port rated for 2.1 amps which, I bet if you're crafty you could make up a pit light that would run off of it. This is a nice compact package that will keep two or three race cars going for the day yet it doesn't take up too much real estate. That's especially nice for a pit table where it seems like you can never have enough space!

Reedy 1416-C2L Dual AC/DC Competition LiHV/LiPo Battery Balance Charger
Not what I had expected from Reedy! Considering there are no actual videos to show the specific functioning of this charger, I took a chance to see for myself. Highly dissatisfied with what I evaluate to be a bad and outdated design for the screen display! The operational buttons are quality based however the ease of navigation to select detail sections is poorly arranged. Would have been a bonus if it actually had a color screen with an updated format! I will have to return it for a better updated lipo charger.

Reedy 1416-C2L Dual AC/DC Competition LiHV/LiPo Battery Balance Charger
I have had this charger for a little over a week and so far it is great. This is what I was looking for 2 years ago when I got back into RC. The closest I could find then was the Orion Touch Duo at a much higher price. I bought that but was never quite satisfied with it. It is big, heavy, too shiny and fragile to take to the track, plus I hate touch screens on chargers. This Reedy is compact, well built, priced appropriately, and provides 14A per channel. The LCD is basic but gives you the information you need. The only thing I don't care for is the membrane buttons. I wish it had real buttons like the Dynamite and HiTec chargers. If it ends up being reliable then this is the perfect charger for me. There is no NiMH setting but I was able to revive a dead cell in a 2S LiPo pack by using the power supply function followed with a 1S charge on that cell. I designed a base for the charger and you can find it on Thingiverse.
