The Redcat Racing Lightning STR Nitro Sedan features a lightweight aluminum chassis, the Vertex VX-16 nitro engine, aluminum fin cooled exhaust manifold, and tuned pipe, combined with a shaft driven 4WD drivetrain, and high performance 2-speed transmission. This combination delivers fast acceleration, with incredible top speed. Composite disc brakes provide the stopping power and a 2.4GHz radio system provides worry free control. Aluminum capped oil filled shocks and adjustable independent suspension allow tune-able damping, while the soft compound race tires create a sure footed hold on the tarmac.
