Redcat Hexfly HX-3225 High Torque Metal Gear Waterproof Servo

Not a bad servo. Had it in a 4s outcast running backflips. It wasn’t fast but it would turn them on carpet. It ran reliably and cool. It survived wrecks and never stripped. It was good up until today. It started to glitch, then crapped the bed all together. It’s been about 6 months. For 30 bucks I can’t complain but I can only somewhat recommend.

Gears durability 10/10 (didnt strip for me)
Case durability 7/10 (anodizing started to wear and scratch)

Strong but it failed after about a month. Not durable enough for a TRX4. :-(

I've used this servo in multiple crawler rigs and been super happy with it. It's plenty strong, rugged, and quiet. Can't be beat for the price!

It would be 5 stars but it is relatively slow, but at the same time it is only 27 dollars so for the price it is not bad I have 3.8 trenchers on and it turns no problem.

I have this servo on my VS4-10 phoenix no problem, and in my Capra 1.9 even I submerged the Capra still going. The problem with this servo you need to use a good esc deliver the proper amount of Amp the servo needs. In my case I'm using Hobbywing 1080 G2 that move the servo fast enough for my liking.

I prefer to say you need to be careful talk garbage about something, because they like to use only what the Influencer like to use. In my case I don't compete any event, I'm enjoying the hobby and for me this servo is enough for what the servo can do. If your I a competition is fine to use servo is extremely strong, but you need to understand you will break part because of the power exceed the limits of the steering. The other problem with strong servo you will always have problem to control the rig if move the entire rig making unstable on the terrain. That why I use servo capable enough make the moment great and don't breake the budget
