One of the key features that set the Ridgerunner apart is its versatile steering system. Equipped with dual steering servos and a crawler-specific transmitter, it offers on-the-go, four-mode, four-wheel steering. This capability allows users to adapt to various situations with front-only two-wheel steering, rear-only two-wheel steering, front and rear four-wheel steering crab mode, and front and rear four-wheel steering tight radius mode. The inclusion of high torque brushed electric motors, a 2-in-1 ESC and Receiver, and powerful steering servos further enhance the Ridgerunner's capabilities! the Danchee Ridgerunner stands out as a budget-friendly rock crawler that goes beyond expectations. Redcat Danchee Ridgerunner 1/10 4WS RTR Rock Crawler (Blue)
Very pleased, this is my first 10th scale crawler. I agree with the reviews the tires should be upgraded. Hoping they come out with some metal steering linkage pieces have noticed some resistance when turning not sure yet if it the servos struggling or just the linkage flexing. The throttle trim seems to have no effect. I look forward to seeing how much I use the different drive modes, to understand which one I could live without on further purchases. (Day one review).
