RC4WD Trail Finder 2 RTR Limited Edition Scale Trail Truck w/Chevrolet Blazer Body & Scale V8 Engine

The rc4wd Blazer is a really cool truck. May seem a bit pricey but if you would price the painted body, scale V8 engine and transmission separately you can see how things add up. The scale of the entire truck is amazing. I took it out of the box and stared at it for hours.

This trail truck has been great except a screw falling out from the hood and RC4WD did give me the screw for free and the other thing is the leaf springs are very stiff the truck has zero flex on its own weight and I can’t get the bolts undone for the leaf pack they are on top tight

Overall the truck is really awesome as far as skill love the way the hood opens and it's got a full detailed mini engine in it detailed transmission working transmission which is really cool the leaf spring design is cool but I would like to see a little more skill you know as far as the trucks that come out today you know maybe an independent front suspension and then a leaf spring setup rear suspension but I get it you're trying to follow that year which until they were one thing I did not like we're the actual size of the tires not the rims the rims are fine but the tire size I feel is just a little too small for the truck it's almost not scale as far as fitting the body another thing that was an issue is the hard body is very difficult to get on and off when you need to change a battery out I think a simple solution would be a some type of magnet design or velcro design but again who am I just a customer the back hatch opening is really neat the glass tends to get in the way of trying to put the pins in through the bed on the mounting posts so you know an adult with large hands you no have issue with it and even my teenage son had an issue with it just because it's so awkward maybe a different angle of the mounting posts woodwork and another thing being a single speed kind of limits it because you can walk faster than it can trail I don't know it for a trailfinder I don't think it is quite as capable as it should be should be a little more capable because literally you say trailfinder and that's literally like a flat trail you're just walking with the truck on a flat trail it's not going to handle obstacles very well articulation is limited stock version you barely have maybe an inch and a half to inch before that you get body twist tire rear tires are off the ground other than that I think it's a really neat neat scale truck.

Excellent truck! Just wish RC4WD would add a few more alloy accessories for the Blazer.

Poor quality, loose, broken or missing parts in the kit or rtr, check everything thoroughly
