The T-28 Trojan from Rage RC is a classic airplane that delivers a wide flight envelope to suite the needs of beginner and intermediate RC pilots. Thanks to it's EPP foam construction, the T-28 can handle a good amount of dings, bangs, and unplanned landings. This package is completely ready to go, and includes everything needed to get into the air in about 1 hour of time, as only minor assembly is required. Beginner pilots can rest at ease thanks to the included PASS (Pilot Assist Stability Software) that adds three levels of added control to the plane - full Assist, Partial Assist, or No Assist (system off). These modes can be easily toggled on or off from the radio in flight. Additionally, with the PASS system enabled, stunts are as easy as a press of a button. With a quick tap, the plane can complete either a loop or a roll, if you're looking to show off your skills in flight.

Features:

  • Made from light, durable EPP foam
  • Stunt button on transmitter for aerobatics like loops and rolls
  • Innovative detachable propeller system helps eliminate broken props
  • 2.4GHz Radio system provides interference-free link between pilot and aircraft

RAGE T-28 Micro Warbirds RTF Electric Airplane (400mm)
I had to change my review after receiving my other plans this is a great flying airplane but you have to land it in the grass and can't really land it but it takes off well I've landed it so carefully but every single time the prop pop off. strongly recommend p51 my friend me 109 and I need to review that too

this is the easiest flying one but the one I'm going to be flying the least I bet because of the landing gear. I'm gonna order the corsair also are super durable and really really fun when there's no wind

RAGE T-28 Micro Warbirds RTF Electric Airplane (400mm)
I have been out of RC planes for 25 years. Looking to get back into it. Saw these and thought they would be fun little flyers. Bought this one and the P51. They are amazing. Being small you can keep them in your trunk and fly whenever you want to. Battery charges fast, I have gotten 18 minutes out of a single charge. Every time I fly one it puts a smile on my face. In Full Pass mode they are very gentle to fly, neither plane required trim out of the box. Only downside is anything stronger than an 8 mile per hour wind they dance all over the sky. These things take a beating and keep flying. I forgot there was a tree behind me and put it into the tree full speed, it cart-weeled through the air from 30 ft up. Not a scratch on it. Was able to pick it up and immediately fly again. Caution, when you hit the stunt button, the stunt doesn't start till you move the right joystick in any direction.

RAGE T-28 Micro Warbirds RTF Electric Airplane (400mm)
I own 5 of these warbirds. Everyone is great, fun little flyers. Everything you need is included; including 2 spare props.
Speaking of props- to Thomas who didn't like the customer service, where did you buy the plane that you didn't get the advertised spares? They are shown in the picture. They come in the box with the landing gear in a little accessary bag.

As I said I have 5 and plan to buy the other 3 that are now out. I sent an e-mail to Rage and asked why they didn't produce a Japanese Zero. They responded saying that they were not done, just keep watching for the next few months. Sure enough the Zero is now available. Unfortunately the Stagerwing I want is still OUT OF STOCK that should tell everyone how popular these little flyers are.

I have several larger planes. These are by far the easiest and funnest to fly. We tie plastic streamers on the tails and dog fight. It's a blast !

RAGE T-28 Micro Warbirds RTF Electric Airplane (400mm)
First airplane ever, and it has 3 flights already. Broke a prop on first landing, replacement part can be found on Banggood website @$6.99. They are sold out everywhere. This otherwise is a great first plane for me. I have had a very fun time flying and doing the tricks it's capable of doing. Highly recommended!!
