To Bind the KENSUN receiver you must push the receiver bind button Then power up the receiver. If done correctly the receiver will be flashing until bound then the light will remain on
And now it is bound.

Do not buy!! Mine lasted about 3 weeks and now I can’t get it to bind to my DX9 again after loosing its bind……

Great little receiver for Spektrum users. Includes a bind button which makes life so easy when binding to the radio without a need for another receiver and bind plug etc... Cheap too!

I bought two of these for my OMP M1 and M2. The first one worked great and the second was flakey from the beginning. It forgot binding and then got to a point where I could push on it and it would loose connection. Luckily I was not flying when it got worse. I am a RF design engineer and tried to debug the failure. These are an OK design but low quality PCBAs. Unfortunately there are not any other good options for a small Spektrum DSM receiver. I tried the SPM4650 receiver but it needs a telemetry response from the controller which OMP does not support. I am switching to the Radiomaster TX16S with an R81 receiver.

Awesome little satellite! Purchased this to pair to my NX8, to fly with my Goosky S2 Legend. If you are planning to fly an S2, OMP M2 or any heli needing a Satellite for your Spektrum radio, this thing is a great price for a DSMX compatible satellite. It will also be compatible running DSMX Hybrid 11/22ms setup on the NX8. Will buy again in the future if I ever get another micro heli.

Having used this exact part number before on other aircraft, this unit was a dud. It will bind, but immediately disconnect. I tried over and over and over. Even connected a different receiver of the same part number I use on another heli of mine. Bound up right away. After contacting Hobbytown, it took a couple weeks, but they finally got back to me and I was offered a replacement or full refund. That was good on them. 4 stars because I know from experience that these receivers work awesome. Negative one star for the manufacturers lack of quality control on this unit.

Cheaply made. No stress relief for wires. Neg broke off board after binding but before maiden flight.

fantastic receiver my only complain is not finding it before, great range bind and work perfect in my openTX and Spektrum NX TX. I am planning to buy more for my 470L heli as backup
