This is a pair of Pro-Line Positron 2.2” Buggy Rear Tires. Designed from the ground up with a fresh carcass shape and futuristic directional tread design, the Positron delivers true next generation performance with improved grip and corner speed on indoor clay tracks.
The tread design pays homage to the Electron and Ion tire before it with the 2 center pins boxed in by connected bars for a familiar Pro-Line signature look. From there the connected bars shoot off at angles that have been specifically designed to provide maximum Forward Bite combined with unmatched corner speed all while lasting longer than the competition. The Positron is directional, which adds another tuning option for the racers always looking for that extra edge since it will perform differently depending on which direction it is run.

I bought MC and the wear is alright, on my personal track they were ghost tread in 3 races. Although the traction is amazing once the tires are properly broken in.
They stick amazingly well to concrete, pavement and asphalt surfaces, even those lightly covered in grime and lichen.
Especially lichen transforms concrete into a very slippery surface in wet conditions.
You probably won't use those tires on dry surfaces, especially in hot weather: yes it's fun, wheelies are easy, even with a 4WD Kyosho re-release Javelin! But used in such a way, those tires will melt away in absolutely no time... Only with what's left over after losing all their tread during normal usage, you may have a couple of minutes fun in hot and dry weather :-)
BTW: it's also the only tire which worked to a certain extend for me so far in icy and snowy conditions.
Note: as they are directional, I mounted them the way tractor tires are mounted.
Hope i can exchange for proper tires
