The Pro-Line 1972 Plymouth Barracuda Motown Missile No Prep Drag Racing Body is a recreation of the legendary MOPAR race car campaigned in the pro-stock class. In 1971, SVI/Performance Automotive, with full backing from Chrysler began the development of the new "Missile" using the Barracuda platform, as opposed to the Challenger that was previously campaigned. Completed in late 1971, the car debuted in the January 1972 issue of Hot Rod Magazine - and the rest is history.
This body is made from pre-colored black body material, so you never have to worry about paint chipping or peeling off, hence the name Tough-Color. This body includes high-quality Motown Missile graphics that perfectly match those found on the original version of this iconic dragster.
To replicate the car in the photos, the following Pro-Line Wheels and Tires are required:
- Hoosier 2.2" Drag Racing Front Tires on the front (PRO10158-203)
- Hoosier Drag Slick SC 2.2"/3.0" Drag Racing Tires in the rear (PRO10157-203)
