These shrouds install over the chassis to help protect the electronic components from dirt and debris, and unlike lexan chassis covers, these will allow your electronics to breath! These are water repellent and feature a velcro closure allowing effortless installation and removal.

Outerwears Performance Truck Shroud for Traxxas Stampede 4x4 (Black)
I cooked my motor because I had this on my Stampede and ran it with no fans. I think with fans you should be ok.
