Lynx Heli Blade 300 X Ultra Tail Case Set (Red)

This is an optional Lynx Heli Blade 300 X Ultra Tail Case Set. Using an FEA optimized design, Lynx Heli Innovations has redesigned the standard 300 X plastic tail case using a combination of precision machined aluminum alloy and ABEC 5 grade bearings. This design provides strength and geometric tolerance that cannot be achieved with molded plastic components.

Machined from a single block of aluminum, the Lynx tail case housing delivers precision tolerances and improved strength. The bearing support cup is installed into the main housing to help simplify belt and tail shaft service. A special pulley is used to guide and pre-tension the belt just before the tail pulley to provide improved belt tooth engagement without applying too much tension on the belt.

An integrated tail boom lock pin in the included vertical fin fits into the tail boom and prevents the housing from moving under hard loads. The tail case can be used without the lock pin and the case is compatible with any 300 X vertical fin.
