LRP SXX "Version 2" Competition Brushless ESC
I have the SXX V2. This is an awesome ESC. Have been running it and practicing withthe same one for over three months w/ 60C battery. No problems what so ever. I have seen these come into the shop and the settings be off on each individual unit. You must make sure that you read the manual and have the ESC set on the correct battery that you choose to run. IT is TOP of the LINE! Just go over your equipment and don't expect it to be set speciffically for you right out of the box. I now have 3 of them and have never had a problem with any of them. Hope this helps you. Got to give props to LRP for this one. Good job guys! Thanks - Ryan B.

LRP SXX "Version 2" Competition Brushless ESC
I have had 2 of these fail in 3 weeks. this one failed after only 4 races. It began cutting out frequently and then stopped working. I have a 3 year old castle esc and a Tekin that have never given me any issues. Stay away from these.

LRP SXX "Version 2" Competition Brushless ESC
Ive tried every speedo brand made and by far the lrp and tekin are the most pwerful for racing that allows boost. Lrp has very driveable power. i have fried one of these by plugging it in wrong and sent it to assoc lrp in cali and they fixed it updated it and i had it back in a little over two weeks free of charge. i was impressed. cant go wrong.

LRP SXX "Version 2" Competition Brushless ESC
When direct soldered to a Vector X12, it is unbelievable. First time in 2WD SC competition, I went from 5th to 3rd. I am running a Vector X12 5.0 with stock spur and 20 tooth pinion. I never recoreded a temperature above 120F even after an 8 min main. I purchased the SXX TC version along with a Vector X12L 4.5 turn for my SC10 4X4 as a result. Can't wait to see how a similar system performs in the 4X4.

LRP SXX "Version 2" Competition Brushless ESC
This thing is a giant POS!! I bought it for my 22 due to the size. I wired it up turned it on and poof blown, set it back to LRP 2 weeks later wire up the new one turn it on servo centers and poof, there went #2. This time I called LRP and had a fit and I was told we know its the duel BEC we are having problems with it. So they send a 3rd one out wire this one and it works. I pull it out and sold it and bought Tekin 0 problems with the RS wired it up and wow it works. You would think dropping $200 on a esc the thing should work out of the box! This also is no the 1st I have heard of this!

Easy to set up. Setting changes while at the track are fast and intuitive. Instructions are very simple to follow. The recommended starting points are right in the ballpark.

I had two LRP SXX V2, suck, suck, suck. DO NOT BUY..... both fail within two runs...first start cutting off and than complety shut off. I have a tekin rs pro never had a proble with it runs great. Do not waste your money, u will regret it!!
