LRP Dynamic 10L 4-Pole 550 Brushless Motor (4700kV)
Amazing torque and speed was able to clear jumps that I wasn't able to make with my other 4400kv motor. I ran this in my 410.3 with a mamba max pro 1/10 and it overheated it in 3 minutes with a 14t pinion. If you don't have a high amp esc get one before buying this motor. I ordered a LRP ix8 and will update my review after I try it.

LRP Dynamic 10L 4-Pole 550 Brushless Motor (4700kV)
ridiculous power.Even in a 7 lb. Tekno! Haven't got it hotter than 145 in my truck with a 16 tooth pinion running on high bite clay. I've had all of the big short course motors and this thing is just insane.Nothing else comes close to it.

LRP Dynamic 10L 4-Pole 550 Brushless Motor (4700kV)
This motor is amazing!! cheaper, faster and way smoother than than the tekin 4300hd I replaced with this. Now I know why guys are running the dynamic 10l 2400kv in 1/8 e buggy! Best sct motor out!

LRP Dynamic 10L 4-Pole 550 Brushless Motor (4700kV)
This motor is a work of art inside and out, is very very fast and is not designed to work in a heavy SCT truck unless you can gear it down. Lighter SCT 2wd and Slash 4x4 type trucks love this motor. 4wd buggy would be perfect.

The 10L will fly for sure but nowhere near the low end torque of a pro 4 hd 550 class.. but it has MORE top end pull. if you gear it right it will beat the pro4 hd 4300 because you can hook at the low end. I had to turn the timing back to 0 in my slash 4x4 clay racer, run a 11/54 pinion w a mamba monster 2 esc and the thing still got blazing hot, but was finally in the proper rpm range. cure? simple mini fan on the motor dropped temps by 30-40F. truly a rocket for the lighter weight SCT. stays even with the 1/8th scale guys down the straights and hangs with the best pro 4hd trucks out there especially on long tracks.

if they had a 4300 kv version i'd get that for my Tekno 410.3 in a second, but alas only the 4700kV is available. Trucks like the Losi and Tekno you can't really gear down far enough. Great motor overall.

LRP Dynamic 10L 4-Pole 550 Brushless Motor (4700kV)
THERE IS A GUY AT MY LOCAL TRACK WHO IS RUNNING THIS MOTOR, AND HE IS PRETTY FAST. THINKING ABOUT UPGRADING FROM MY PRO 4HD 4300( A REALLY GOOD MOTOR IN ITS OWN RIGHT). NOT A VERIFYED OWNER.

LRP Dynamic 10L 4-Pole 550 Brushless Motor (4700kV)
Verdict is still out. Running it in Tekno SCT410.3. Tested it first time yesterday with 16T pinion. Wanted to get 11 min on 6000mah lipo as our mains are 10 min. Looking at temp curve, it was ok (140-150 deg) until about 8 min. Then the temps started to rise at a steeper angle. It was 92 deg outside. Thinking maybe 15T pinion is the most I need to run during the summer. Temps still high on both motor and esc. Going to increase esc throttle and brake increment (less smooth) on Tekin RX8 gen2 to see if the temps drop some. Esc was approaching 200 on Sat. Motor was around 180. It is smoother than the Pro4 HD 4300 which also means it doesn't have the explosiveness/pop of the Pro4 HD. Still trying to determine characteristic I prefer.

Raced with it this weekend with a 15T pinion. This setup eats more battery than the Pro4HD 4300 with 17T. At least it did for me. I ran out of juice with 1 min to go in a 10 min main (Was running 2nd too - finished 3rd). Going to have to get a bigger battery. I could make 10 min on the pro4HD 4300 with a 6000mah battery. Probably need at least 7000mah with this motor. Right now, I think I prefer the pro4HD. I'm going to run it a little while though and see. It is a good motor and smooth. Has enough power to make the big triple on my home track.

Also, I had to grind down the 3 screws that mounted the front cover to the motor as they would not allow the motor mount to fit flush with the motor front cover. The screws sat above the front cover surface. Contacted LRP America and they recommended grinding them and they have had some inquires on this before. I guess in the end it wasn't a big deal, but I would like to think this would have been corrected if they knew it was a problem and offer to send out new screws for motors that shipped with this problem.

LRP Dynamic 10L 4-Pole 550 Brushless Motor (4700kV)
Pretty smooth and lots of torque, maybe more than what I was looking for.
Can't get it to work for more than 10 seconds with LRP flow works and savox 1258, continuous brownout.
