Losi XXX-SCT 1/10 2WD Electric Brushless RTR Short Course Truck
I originally got the old brushed ready to run and I ran that on a local dirt track til the brushed motor gave out. I upgraded to a novac motor and ESC and during the next season at the track I took 1st at end of year. Ihaven't changed the factory servo as of yet. tHe transmition after a year and a half ffinally broke an idler gear. The body mounts may leave something to be desired but all around this is a solid platform especially for beginners. The low cg makes cornering easyer and 9 out of 10 rollovers ended back on the tires. I took 2 years off from racing I'm getting back in this season. For a first timers truck not to dis traxxis but im I'm going to say I had far less bench time and far more race time then the guys that got a slash same time as I got mine. Great for buiginners and with expereance can even beat a losi 22 chassis in lap times. I ccan't voutch for the electronics on this rtr but the brushed was good. Losing does a great job with the design. Parts should be avalible. The local store closed down so I couldn't get parts without ordering. The main reason I got out at the time.

Losi XXX-SCT 1/10 2WD Electric Brushless RTR Short Course Truck
This is my second xxx-sct RTR. Very strong and very fast truck. My first xxx-sct is still running strong, I gave it to my son so he could start racing. They are wonderful trucks.

Losi XXX-SCT 1/10 2WD Electric Brushless RTR Short Course Truck
I am new to the Hobby so take this reveiw for what it's worth I don't think it's a bad truck for beginners I've abused the heck out of this truck yes I have broke a few things mostly because I drove it full speed into a sidewalk or building fore most part I have no complaints truck is fun to drive Dependable can take a beating and easy to repair and upgrade i have not had any issues with finding parts for my sct when i needed them if you are looking for a ready to run out of the box truck for bashing then absolutely I would say this is a good trick to go with my only issue is the way the steering linkage is placed in the body in order to replace it or the servo you need to disassemble the entire front of the truck other than that no complaints if not for that issue would be five stars
