The Ultimate MX Experience: Promoto-MX Ready to Run
The Losi Promoto-MX Ready to Run 1/4 Brushless Dirt Bike will make you feel like you belong on an MX track doing what could only be described as getting after it, brapping it up, giving it the zip zip zip! When the gate drops this Bike's Brushless powerhouse will have you shooting for the holeshot, blitzing through the whoops, and airing it out over triples!
The mechanical technology is equally impressive. Losi's product development team studied full-size motorcycle suspension geometry to give the Promoto-MX the same terrain handling characteristics. A rising rate rear suspension provides superior grip and prevents bottoming out in landings. The front fork design, with an internal spring and dampener, can be tuned by changing the silicone dampening fluid and also allows ride height adjustments. An innovative front and rear wheel braking system gives the bike impressive stopping power, cutting the stopping distance in half compared to rear brake only.
The Spektrum DX3PM transmitter and SR6300PM receiver combine with patent-pending MS6X technology for unprecedented control. Promoto-MX drivers can maintain balance at high or low speeds and over jumps and whoops, then give simple steering inputs to carve around tight berms and straighten up heading into the next rhythm section. For more aggressive driving, use the MS6X knob to increase the lean angle.
Both technologies, electronic and mechanical, are why the Promoto-MX performs better at high and low speeds than any previous RC motorcycle. For dirt bike fans, the "feel" of the Promoto-MX will be instantly familiar. RC car enthusiasts will discover a new way to drive that pulls you deep into the heart of the action, carving berms, throwing fat whips, skimming whoops, casing jumps, holding wheelies, and throwing roost.

Get yourself one, or three.
I’ve recently taken this beast out to real Las Vegas desert and let me tell you…this thing flies over the rough stuff!!!
Crystal ball shows me extreme Enduro situations in her future!!!
Invest in a skid plate if you go the desert route!
All in all, extremely pleased with this Losi RC motorcycle!!!
Problem is, (well, not really a problem), I want a second one to customize to the Max!!! Hey, I grew up racing Motocross in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s…and I never had a ‘Works Bike’! Well, now I’ll build one myself with the Losi Pro-Moto…a ‘works Yamaha’!!! Get one…Get two!!!
The ease of use is amazing. After a few minutes of getting used to the feel it was came on. The first roll and scuff on the jersey hurt for a split second then it was back to playing.
First time drivers, forget everything you know about driving cars. It does not apply- think back to learning how to ride a bike and how little changes impact the steering.
The brakes are very good, but they do not stop like a normal r/c car and be cautions with turning radius- the faster you go the wider the turn.
Have several packs ready. We tested many different brands and all the packs we had that were 2S fit as long as they were a standard size case. There is little room to hide balance wires so you have to be creative. My favorite was a powerhobby 8000 100c. I didn’t have any larger to test. Gave plenty of run time with no heat issues.
The smart battery and charger are a real nice feature- however with a usbc cord it will take several hours to charge from cut off.
I would have to give it an A++ and would highly suggest dropping the coin. Well worth it.
