Losi MSC-18BL HP Mini Hi-Power Sensorless Brushless ESC (Mini 8IGHT)
Like all Losi Mini-8's, mine came with this speed control. For my occasional running I'm more than satisfied with the stunning performance of this stock brushless speed control and motor combination. I mostly use a 3 cell lipo battery and while this ESC does get very warm, it never shuts down from overheating and always produces rock solid power.

I've done alot of hop-ups to other rc cars over the years........but the stock mini-8 is so good I just charge the battery and go!
