They come filled with oil. You can change the oil by unscrewing the BOTTOM of the shock body. The top is fused so do not try to open it.

Excellent shocks.

One of them was empty when I got it. It leaked all over the bag and when I decided to try to add more oil I destroyed one of them because I didn't know how it came apart. Will probably end up having to buy another set. Gonna try the hot racing ones next time.

Update: AMains customer service is amazing. They contacted me and then sent me a replacement set so now I have a spare free of charge and they haven't leaked yet. They look great on my full aluminum mini t 2.0. AMain has my business for life.

Terrible Shocks.
These shocks ONLY open from the bottom so its basically impossible to get a consistent bleed with them, just get the TLR shocks instead.
