Good selection of hop-up parts!
Easy for modifying with brushless setup to get some real speed out of it.
I installed a Hobbywing 5200kv motor/ESC combo in mine & gives it much more punch than stock brushed motor but still controllable power. Also installed MIP slipper clutch, top gear shaft, cvd kit. Buggy drives beautifully & is just right in terms of power for small courses & driveways. I would recommend the mini-B with Hobbywing 5200kv over brushless mini-T. The stock controllers are so tiny & feel cheap so I picked up a dumborc x4 for about $40 & it's much better combo & within $15 of brushless mini T.
You will need a new receiver to match your radio.
In some situations, you really dont want to make it faster...
It depends. It is quite fast off the line.
I installed LOSI aluminum shocks...?...
HOT RACING front rear A-arms.?.
Some other parts. Mostly up front.
I noticed that much of the little slop in the steering can be remedied by making sure your bell cranks (2) are snug while allowing smooth movement.
Mine were both very loose. It took 1 and 1/2 turn on each bell crank to reduce the slop. Once done, the difference was dramatic.
But really, this is so well made, that driven responsibility, not beating the crap out of it, it really does not need upgrades. Unless you want more speed.
I upgraded simply because I like to work on them.
BTW- to adjust the Bell Cranks, you will need either a very thin 3mm or 4mm wrench...very thin, and a 1.5 mm allen hex tool.

- after replacing entire front end with aluminum parts, and rear end, the combined increase in weight is 30 grams over deleon plastic. Not much.
Out of box, top speed is turned down. It can be adjusted to run faster.
Put car on support (wheels free to spin).
Floor accelerator full throttle. Hold while pressing the throttle "plus" sign....listen carefully for beeping...your wheels should speed up as beeping continues then beeping stops and solid beeps means its reached final top speed. It made a significant difference.
Good products and
The delivery is fast.
I'll post a review when I have time.
