Losi DBXL 2.0 MagnaFlow Edition - 32cc Gas Powered 1/5 Scale Ready to Run Off Road Buggy
The Losi DBXL 2.0 1/5 Scale Desert Buggy benefits from the improvements developed in the DBXL-E 2.0, and takes gas powered performance to the next level. Everything learned from the electric powered models has been applied to the improved Losi DBXL 2.0 Gas buggy. This large scale off road buggy dominates the dirt with an updated Zenoah 32cc engine and high-flow air filter to create maximum fossil fueled horsepower.
This 1/5th scale beast was built to handle the abuse of intense off-road driving. Beefy driveshafts with 5mm pins and heavy duty gearboxes create a 4WD drivetrain built to go the distance. A redesigned steering rack and servo saver assembly have been combined with a redesigned radio tray, receiver box, Spektrum 3-channel SLT3 radio system and HV-rated servos to help you stay in control no matter what gets in your way. Top off these updates with an 800cc gas tank and you have a large scale buggy that offers extended run time and the realistic experience you can only get from a large scale gas powered RC car.

It's incredibly big n heavy, no reverse, brutally expensive and honestly it's not all that fast. The body clips are annoying and the body itself is annoying putting on and taking off. That's the bad.
The good? By leaps and bounds the coolest rc surface rig I've ever owned. Taking it out is an event, any day I can run it is going to be a good day. Was not too interested in the electric version but now I am as I would like to be able to use this bad boy when n where the two stroke is not gonna be welcomed allowed or tolerated. I will update this review as time goes on for durability and usability. I wasn't sure about the purchase, turns out I'm absolutely thrilled with it. It's all about the weight the size and the power. The capability of this thing to drive over horrible terrain and look good doing is unmatched, you can clearly see the suspension functioning and it's just excellent.
Having basic wrenching skills helps with this rig but if you're reading this you either have those exceed those or want those so good there.
It's truly incredible. With all that said It's not a basher or stunter it doesn't feel like one at all. Feels and looks like a scale race truck. Not suitable for use in the cul-de-sac, And I'm not sure it would be welcomed at a lot of neighborhood parks. Vacant lots dirt pits dirt roads ATV trails That's where you're gonna run this. Hope this is helpful! rc 4 life
