This is the Losi 4" Threaded Rock Crawler Shock Set. Losi's 4” Rock Crawling Shock Set is specially designed for use with 1/10-scale rock crawling vehicles. The shock set features four hard-anodized aluminum threaded shock bodies with hard-anodized aluminum adjuster nuts for easier adjustments while on the rocks. An internal rubber o-ring in the adjuster nuts enable the nuts to maintain their positions under severe suspension articulation. The shock set comes with ultra smooth Ti-Nitride shock shafts, white shock springs, shock limiters and assembly hardware - just add the Losi Silicone Shock Oil of your choice.

I picked these shocks up for my heavily modified TRX-4, after a different brands "Scaler" shocks i purchased were missing a seal, and even after replacing it leaked too bad to use. These Losi shocks were better, but the spring cups would still get oily after just a day or two sitting on the shelf. I ended up just going back to the Scaler shocks after packing the seals with green slime as those shocks are longer and work better for the wheels and tires i run on my rig. I think i would have liked these better if i would have used oil heavier than 50wt and found some stiffer springs...
