About the Scorpion

Style

The Turbo Scorpion combines vintage design elements with modern performance enhancements. It includes a white rear wing with a reinforced nylon resin stay and adjustable angle, matching the classic color scheme. The kit features modern 2.2-inch wheels in a 5-spoke style reminiscent of the original Scorpion, and soft compound front tires to reduce understeer with block-pattern rear tires for excellent grip and traction. The body design is a recreation of the original, with a roll bar moved back 6mm and compatibility with original light buckets from the first Scorpion.

Chassis

The Turbo Scorpion is equipped with forged A6061T6 suspension arms for superior strength, rigidity, and durability, complemented by 12mm oil shocks based on the Optima for high-level performance. The strong and lightweight A6061T6 ladder frame enhances the overall robustness of the vehicle. Additionally, the radio box, compatible with various battery types, recreates the original's racy style with its white color.

Drivetrain

The 48-pitch gears, made from an optimal mix of nylon and sintered alloy, ensure low noise and high efficiency. The gear cover encloses a two-piece aluminum die-cast gearbox with a built-in gear differential, featuring a slipper clutch to protect the gears from damage.
