The KO Propo BSx4S-one10 "Grasper2" Low Profile High Speed Brushless Servo has a unique holding power like grasping of the road. RC cars have evolved and the performance has improved greatly. As a result, some drivers may find that conventional servos are not enough. The BSx4s-one10 Grasper2 has been redesigned from the built-in brushless motor to improve torque and holding power. Even on the latest high-end machines, the Grasper2 has the holding power.
The torque of the conventional BSx3-one10 Grasper was 149.98in-oz (10.8Kg-cm) at 7.4V. With the advancements made to the Grasper2 the torque has been improved to 222.19 (16.0Kg-cm). This achieved a dramatic increase compared to the conventional model.
Implemented a "4S" system that supports serial
By supporting serial you get Ultra-high-speed communication that results in improved response. In serial communication, the communication interval can be significantly shortened compared to the PWM method, and the interval from command to operation is greatly reduced. By combining this servo with EX-NEXT's XT mode, KO Propo achieved an unprecedented ultra-fast response as if you were in the drivers seat. Radios equipped with "EX-NEXT" (KOP10661), can make adjustments through the radio. "REAL TIME ICS" can be used by connecting the Grasper2 to the B/S port found on the KR-420XT (KOP21013) receiver.
Added "Frequency" as a new parameter
"Frequency" is a function to change the frequency of the motor built into the servo. By changing the frequency, the servo feel changes. When lowering the frequency the servo operation becomes active and the servo will move aggressively. The higher the frequency, the smoother the servo will move. You can select your favorite characteristics while changing the settings.
Compatible with PWM Systems
The Grasper2 servo will function with standard transmitters as well. However, the communication processing time between the receiver and the servo is compressed to 1/4. This compressed communication will lead to a different feel when compared to serial input.
Serial / HCS / normal mode switching method.
The servo automatically switches depending on the port connected to the receiver. No additional options are required for mode setting. For serial use, connect it to the B/S port of KR-420XT. When using with HCS, the servo can be used by connecting to channels 1 to 4 as set in HCS. For normal mode, the servo would be plugged into the port as instructed for that radio.
5 patterns of presets available
Five presets are installed in the model memory of the Grasper2. You can use them according to the application using the servo model selector (KOP61032).
Model 1: For high grip asphalt track (default)
Model 2: For carpet track
Model 3: For middle grip asphalt track
Model 4: GP sedan(1/10)
Model 5: Aggressive
NOTE: Since the holding power of the 4th and 5th settings is very strong, a creaking noise will be heard or their may be a small vibration when in neutral, this is not a malfunction.
