This tool is like a dremel, "once you've used one, you won't know what you would do without it" this tool is a must have in my book if you change your own bearings or bearings for others. Not only does it drastically reduce the amount of time required for change out, but it also reduces the chance of costly damage to the case. This tool is well worth the money and will pay for its self in saved time and damage as well as burnt fingers. "No more hot plates!"
I feel totally spoiled with this tool. I rebuild a fair ammount of engines for myself and friends and it makes it so nice to get them completely apart to see what repairs need to be made. I heat up the engine case slightly with a heat gun first and those stubborn rear bearings come out clean without forcing anything and being hard on the tool.
This tool kicks some serious tail! So easy to use and the quality is second to none. I would give it 20 stars if possible. Definately worth the money. Hudy makes the best products on the market hands down!
100% satisfied with this tool. Have used it many times to remove and install front and rear bearings in .21 engines. Doing so is very simple and painless with this tool, and you can be confident that your bearings are installed correctly. The quality of the tool is very impressive, and is very well made - fit and finish are perfect. This is very well worth the asking price.
You get what you pay for. Impeccable quality and very easy to use, the instruction pamphlet clarifies everything quite well. The packaging is nice too. It has a nice slotted foam tray to keep everything together neatly and the magnets to keep the box closed are nice touch also.
After using this I couldn't imagine sticking a motor in the oven or trying to use a dowel to get bearings out anymore.
I was apprehensive spending a hundred bucks on this thing at first, but if you do regular maintenance on your engines it saves a lot of time and hassle.
This tool is very good i changed the bearing on 3 engines so far with this as soon as i got. i took about an hour to do all 3 with talking to my buddy's. it took all of them no problem never even heated one up and not a scratch on the tool. How ever we did find out that on the traxxas 3.3 engine which would have been number 4. the traxxas engine need the .12 and point 12 bearing puller and press adapter. i did order the 13mm puller Collete thinking that what was needed for the 3.3 but i was wrong. Just for those that might have a 3.3 they need to swap get the extra .12 Collete and press with you order to save time if you can.

Since there are plenty of good reviews, I was not going to write a review. But used the tool again and just had to. Simply put, this is one of the best tools I have used, and I am in to having the right tool for any job. Buy it and you will know the reason of the good reviews.
Just like everybody else said, his tool makes changing bearings so easy a caveman can do it! Makes doing regular maintenance on the your nitro engines a peice of cake
This tool is excellent, it is a great piece of work. In few minutes you can remove old case bearings and/or install the new ones without any risk to damage the case.

The hudy bearing tool made changing front and rear bearings on my protek samurai r03 a breeze. 100 times better than trying to heat the block and smacking it on wood . With the tool it's just so easy. Very pleased. Shipping was also fairly quick. Thanks Amain.

This tool makes the job easy. With this and the conrod puller, I had the engine done in 20 minutes, no heating. Just buy it.

I wish I could say I used this tool, but I haven't had a chance yet. I purchased this tool to remove the bearings from my Losi 3.4 engine. Following the instructions to remove the front bearing I passed the tool through the rear of the engine. The tool would not pass completely through and bound up on the rear bearing itself. The presser adapter shaft hit the rear bearing so there was no way to continue. Trying to remove rear bearing with provided collet presented the same type of challenge. The collet would not pass through, so not sure what I need exactly to extract the bearings from this motor or if its just a poor design on LOSI's part. This is an excellent tool and I believe all the reviews to be true, but my issue is with Losi. They have one off sizes that you can't get parts for and they are idiots!! So this is in no way a bad reflection on this tool or Hudy. Its well made just wish I would have had a chance to use it
