Hot Racing Aluminum +10mm 17mm Splined Hubs for Traxxas Maxx
Got these to run larger 3.8 Backflips on MaxxV2 and they provide the clearance necessary and work great...except for one flaw imo. Installed easy enough, but on first drive (no jumps, bashes, etc...just driving on dirt road) the rear left wheel just came off and rolled down the road. Everything was still attached to the wheel - the spacer-hexes, the screw-in piece and the closed-end cap...the only thing that was missing was the hex pin. I threw another hex pin on and retightened everything. Exact. Same. Outcome. Not real sure why this is happening. Going to disassemble and blob a ton of loctite on it - hopefully that will hold them on. Good product, just wish I could have more confidence in them!

Hot Racing Aluminum +10mm 17mm Splined Hubs for Traxxas Maxx
Fit and finish is top notch, these worked great with the YEAH racing axles (YEA-TRMA-002) on my Traxxas Maxx V2. Just make sure to use a few good drops of blue Loctite on your axle threads and snug down the hex screw fairly tight. The sealed wheel cap is a nice touch as it keeps snow and debri off the axle ends.
