Hobbywing Quicrun Mini24 Waterproof Brushless ESC
Purchased a Mini24 to use in a FMS Lemur. Space is very tight and it’s also necessary to use a micro receiver. I assumed that since this is for Mini’s and Micro’s that Hobbywing would include a cable with a 3p JST on one end, but nope, the only throttle cable included has a JR end. This makes no sense since this ESC is for Mini’s and Micro’s.

When I contacted Hobbywing about acquiring a cable with a 3p JST they told me they don’t make one and that I can use an adapter. This response leads me to believe that Hobbywing does not have qualified people responding to technical issues, because I stated in my email that I don’t have the room for an adapter AND Hobbywing does make and sell the cable I need (I was unaware at the time of my initial email). The cable is available separately in the Mini28 wire kit that is sold for $15, which is currently unavailable.

I am giving this product a one star review for 2 reasons, Hobbywing doesn’t include a throttle cable that should be included and Hobbywing has poor customer support.

Hobbywing Quicrun Mini24 Waterproof Brushless ESC
Great little ESC for the small trucks. Got it paired up with a Slow Motion Pancake Motor from MOFO RC. Super Smooth operation and FOC at low low speed make this thing great in my Custom SCX24. Thanks Hobbywing and Thanks Amain.
