Amazing micro!! This is the best Micro heli out there. Performs like a larger heli and will do anything you want it to do. The tail holds through everything, and has not blown out no matter how fast I go backward and put a load on it. Power is on point too. If your looking for a great micro then this would be the one to get!

Awesome little heli….
Been flying CP helicopters for a number of years, and really wanted to upgrade performance from the Blade and Align fleet I’ve been flying for a decade. After reading reviews, watching YT videos, I decided to pull the trigger on the S1. And frankly? After twenty plus flights over the past few days - don’t regret a thing about this purchase! The S1 handles like it’s on rails and compared to my Align 150x or Blade 130x or mCPX BL or Nanos. The S1 flies how I thought a CP heli should fly in either scale or mild 3D flight - simply outstanding, regardless of how fast you push the sticks. My only regret? I should have bought one months ago…. Don’t look back - just buy the S1….

I expected top shelf quality and flying characteristics and was not disappointed. From performance to packaging to the price it's a must have. I never thought a micro could sound so bad ass but it really does, tons of power. I love it, My heli skills are growing fast but I am definitely a beginner still, aiming to change it. Been looking for something incredibly fulfilling but extremely challenging in the RC hobby my whole life and this feels like it. i'm glad technologies come far enough to make single rotors more economical to learn. I suggest you figure out what you're going to use for a radio - don't use the stock stuff on RTF models. You will need adapter for spectrum but it binds for radio master right away.

Battery life at altitude is low. Flight time is short. Batteries are inexpensive and easy to change - huge plus of the design. Overall I could not be more satisfied and have already ordered the S2. This is a perfect wherever you are micro heli and has the power to fight the wind. Pretty loud but sounds incredible not annoying. If you fly it very fast you're going to lose it if you have vision like me but if you have vision like me you probably shouldn't be flying model helicopters at all, I make it work. This is not a jump in and rip the sticks model unless you're already a pro, I would suggest using more than a few battery packs just learning to hover and fly it correctly even if you're familiar with other models, It feels much bigger and heavier than it is in the air and it's very, very fast. I feel like the learning curve on this is going to be long and excellent.

I don't wish to be negative in my reviews if possible so do your research and buy what you like, but I highly endorse this model and brand so far.

Flies great, I really do love the way this thing flies. But a servo locked up already after a minor crash. It was a 55% throttle slow descent moderate speed turn into grass. I’ve read about other people having issues on these things too. Seems to be a luck of the draw thing, some people beat on them without a servo giving out and some have one lock up after most minor of incidents, sometimes out of the box. If I knew the servos were so delicate, idk if I would’ve bought it.
