I've been happy with it. I don't really see the point of the XT30, but that's an easy fix and I'd be adding a JST anyway. I haven't had any cogging issues at all, and I've used this with a Team Brood RIOT 1600kv, a Holmes Revolver V3 2500kv, a 3BRC ACIS 10 1600kv, and even a TB Creep brushed motor, which leads me to believe that if you're having cogging issues, it's improperly configured, not flawed. The biggest flaw I see is the app...I'm not a fan of using the app for configurations. It's not (currently) buggy and there's really not an inherent problem with it, though I've had small issues with it connecting (just had to power cycle the ESC a few times or open close the app a few times, nothing major and I can't blame the ESC because it could be the phone, it could be wireless interference, etc...that's one downside of using an app and wireless technology, it introduces a lot of potential points of failure). I just prefer a program card or at least programming via USB, as I think "in the field adjustments" are a gimmick after you get something tuned and I just don't like using my phone for everything, and when you rely on apps you risk the app being removed from the app store, bugged versions, corrupted installs, unsupported on certain phones/OS versions, and wireless firmware updates introduce a significant risk of completely bricking it, etc...idk, maybe I'm just old, but I don't see it as an advantage over a simple program card...I work as a cyber security engineer and even though I haven't experienced significant issues with it, I see a lot of potential risk (not a security risk, just an unnecessary reliance on sometimes semi-reliable technology risk). Anyway, I don't want to give the impression that the app has been problematic, I just find it completely unnecessary. For those who care, the case is more purple than in looks in the pictures but it's not a vibrant purple either...I didn't even realize it was purple until I got it, but if you're on the purple train, it's a bit more muted than a lot of stuff. Performance-wise, it offers smooth operation, a usable BEC, it's quiet, it stays cool, it powers everything I've run on it, it takes 4s, and FOC works as well as it does on a Fusion. The price is fair, the footprint is good, the wireless module and power switch are removable (it will power on when the battery is plugged in if you remove the power switch), and it's been reliable. The reason for 4 stars is because of how you program it, and if relying on apps and BT for everything doesn't bug you, that might not be a point of contention...if they offered it as an option rather than the only way to program, I would have rated it 5 stars...it's a very good ESC.
